Meet Robert Samuel
Robert Samuel leads RMS Health Insurance Group and is an experienced health insurance professional specializing in Medicare, D-SNP/C-SNP, and ACA Marketplace coverage.
Robert has led Medicare and D-SNP sales teams at UPMC Health Plan and developed strategies focused on increasing market penetration and enrollment across Medicare, D-SNP, and Community HealthChoices programs. Today, Robert brings that experience and consulting background to helping individuals better understand their health coverage options and make informed insurance decisions.
Our process is understanding the client's situation, educating them about Medicare and/or the ACA Marketplace, and consulting with them about which plans meet their needs. We are contracted with most major insurance and regional carriers in the states where we are licensed.
